You should understand that when you book with NAS, they are the middleman who sets you up with your independent contractor who will perform the actual services. NAS quoted me an amount, and there were no hidden charges, and everything with the service went off perfectly. My contractor (the one who actually transported my 3 motorcycles) called a week ahead of time to arrange the pick-up date. He then called three days prior to confirm, and was ontime. Actually, he was 3 hours ahead of schedule, which worked out wonderfully. Jerry (my contractor) inspected and noted the condition of every blemish on my bikes, which allowed me confidence that any damage would be accounted for. The motorcycle carrier was great. My show quality bike was secured without any damage to the paint or rims. The bikes were delivered in perfect shape, on time. I have no negative comments, from the price to the way business was conducted. I recommend NAS and Jerry (the contractor), and hope your trip goes off without a hitch (like mine.) Thanks
