If I can give no stars I would. They are not reliable or professional. I had a scheduled appointment to pick up my car August 16-17th. I called both days to get an estimated time frame as I had a flight to catch Saturday morning and both attempts they had no information for me about a pick up time. I was never contacted by the driver and when you call them they close at 5pm EST and they do not check messages nor do they respond. This left me in a sticky situation where I had to drive my daughter back to Texas as she is in college and while I was on the road I attempted to call them again and they the advise to me that the tow truck broke down. How is it possible in 2024 with a business of this size and nature and a prepaid payment that no one communicated with me of what was going and a time and date needed to be rescheduled. The woman who I spoke with then said she would refund me since the service was not provided and it was their fault and none communication. Today they are now saying they want to charge me $150.00 this is unacceptable and I will never rely on this company again. After reading other reviews others have had the same Terrible experience of no response and even damage to their vehicle. Please use your best judgement if you want to use National Auto shipping.
