My vehicle was scheduled to be picked up in philadelphia pa on Feb 5, 2010. There was a severe snowstorm that week and I understood that the vehicle may not be loaded due to the storm. I was told that the driver was having to dig cars out of the snow to load and that my vehicle would be loaded as soon as possible. I would call back each time the delivery was push back for various reasons. One reason given was the drivers truck broke down and they would get another truck. I was given numerous assurances that my vehilce would be picked up and it was twelve days later! It should not take 17 days to deliver a vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting a smooth delivery.
