I cancelled my order after the company still had not picked up my car after 11 days. The first time they scheduled a pick up date, they never came. I had to call them 3 times before they gave me some excuse about the carrier breaking down. They then gave me a second scheduled date... no pick up, then a third... no pick up. I called again, they said their system was down and would call me back... they did not call me back. Finally, I got fed up with their lack of communication and empty promises and cancelled my order. Hopefully this company will have the integrity to refund my deposit.
