Good enough to use again

I was a little nervous about my first time using a car shpping service. i chose to use national auto shipping because the revies i read online. As soon as i got the quote from the online website i was contacted by manny to put down a deposit and set up a date. manny was very friendly and explained to me in detail how the process would go.
but when it came time for the car to be picked up no one showed up or contacted me. I had to leave repeated voice mails to the dispatchers and manny and it was very difficult to get in contact with anyone. I found out the next day that the truck had mechanical problems and would try to get there later that night. they never showed up and still no one called me to let me know. finally the next day i was able to get ahold of the dispatcher and my car was finally picked up. after that everything went super smooth and my car made it to califorina earlier than expected.
