I called National Auto Shipping after getting the run around from another company for weeks. I called them on a Friday they said my truck was scheduled to be shipped on Saturday. I received an email from the guy I bought the truck from on sat night saying they had not called or come to get the truck. I called the Monday morning and they said the truck it was scheduled to be on was stuck in New York, but they found another truck in the area and by Monday night it was on the truck heading to MN. By mid-day wed the truck was in my garage. I wish they would have notified me that the truck was delayed but they corrected the problem much faster than I expected. All in all the service was exceptional.
