I contacted this company to pick up a car in PA and delivery it to OH. I called well in advance and was repeatedly told they would be able to pick up the car on the date arranged. After numerous calls to check on the pick up they said the truck broke down. They said they had called the person where it was being picked up to alert them of the delay. They did not. They lied repeatedly until the last day I absolutely had to have the car delivered then said they couldn't do it because the truck was overbooked. Now I'm flying one way to OHio and have no car waiting and no way to drive back to Florida. Do not trust these people... they have no problem telling you what you want to hear and then not following through with the commitment they made. Thanks for the great vacation National Auto Shipping.
