Initial contact was prompt, everything else was HORRIBLE! I was told that my car would be picked up Friday. On Monday I had to call them back because my car was still in the driveway. They could not give me an answer as to why it had not been picked up. They told me they would call me back in 1 hour to let me know when they could reschedule, I had to call them back 4 hours later. They GUARANTEED me that my car would get picked up Tuesday morning and arrive in VA Wednesday. I called them back Tuesday night to ask why my car was still in my driveway and they told me that their driver was stuck in the shop. They never called to let me know this and had no intention of calling. I asked them to remove the listing so that I could get another company to ship my car. The "manager" told me that the order had been cancelled. Te next day I called another company to ship my car and he told me that there was still an open order from NAT for me. So, I had to call the manager back and ask why he had not removed the listing and he had no answer. The customer service is horrible!!! The only thing they did on time was refund my deposit.
