I had faxed them my information to hold a spot on a truck. The next day I called to cancel my order. They had already charged my credit card $200.00. They said they would cancel the order and allow 30 days for a refund. That was on Feb. 20th. It's now April 24th and I still have no refund. I emailed them on March 18th and did not receive a response. I called again on April 24th and the lady said she would send to the billing dept. and allow 4-5 days for a response. I doubt I will ever see the money again. These people are crooks and should not be in business. I filed a complaint with the BBB in Florida. Hopefully something will be done about this company. I ended up going with another company and they were awesome. Had my car in less than a week.
