Well, I just want to add my poor experience with NAT. They went through 2 or 3 delivery attempts, and each time, the salesman from the dealership called to say the truck never came. Finally, this past Monday, I called customer service (which, by the way, is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone) and they were rather snotty about how confirmations work. They said I was wasting my time by calling and asking when it would be picked up, as THEY would only call me when they get confirmation from a carrier. I called back 10 minutes later, cancelled the order, and they said they never charged my deposit ($200) to my CC. I checked the statements and they were right.
I'm VERY glad I don't have to worry about getting any money back. Based on all these reviews, it seems I'm lucky.
Anyway, I called Angels Moving Autos (#1 on this site) and within 3 hours of me calling them, the salesman from the dealership called to say 'The car was picked up!!!!' I couldn't believe it.
When I get my 2008 Prius this weekend, I will be leaving a very POSITIVE review for AMA.
PLEASE look elsewhere before using this company.
