I went to National Car Transportation because of a prior service by them to a family member. The quote was prompt and I gave them the order. I then had to chase them for communication about picking up the vehicle. Finally, all I heard was fuel was up, then it was hard to pick up enclosed in NY and then there was no enclosed going to North CA. Excuse after excuse and finally, I simply told them to cancel. This cost me extra rental dollars of a car in CA while we sought another company. I have since called another company who I will review after delivery since pick up was perfect and no excuses.
Communication is key in all business and this company only had excuses.
