Terrible Service! Money Hungry! DO NOT USE

I wanted to have my car shipped from FL to NY and Michael contacted me saying he can get the car transported. I let him know I was unsure of the exact dates and I will get back to him. He called 5x the same day to see if I decided yet. I told him I needed to speak with my father and I will let him know exact date and he called me 2x the following day although I said I would get back to him.

He called me several times until i finally told him a date. I was pressured into telling this man a date because he kept calling and emailing me. I put a deposit down for 12/14 and later called and cancelled because my dad decided that day didnt work for us. Michael the receptionist who was so eager to help has been missing or off work once i started asking fora refund.

He refused to take my calls and when i called from different number he would say his supervisor was working on the refund. when I called to speak to someone else they said michael was the supervisor. I ended up not using the service and still did not get my $200 dollars back. I disputed the transaction with my bank

Please dont ever ever ever use this service!
