Car arrived without damage. People seemed nice when we talked with them. And price was certainly reasonable.

BUT: After telling us they would pick up the car on Sunday (which caused us to end a family gathering early), they never showed and never called to explain why. After multiple calls and emails, with no response, they then picked up the car on Tuesday after giving us just an hour's notice. Then, despite saying they provided tracking info, we never heard from them again until 1.5 hours before it arrived. There was no tracking info available. And the weirdest thing was that the car had 40 extra miles on it when it arrived (we wrote down the mileage right before they picked it up) even though they say they never drove it.
