Never using a car transporter prior, I decided to book with National Car Transport. From the beginning they were dishonest about how they even quoted. Seems once I placed the order the quoted amount was for a "flexible" pick-up date which was never communicated to me. Once the order was placed they promised a targeted date. Days came and went without any communication, except my calling them. When I called, there was story after story. After 10 days, they raised the price of the quote, I signed it, 2 hours later a cancellation arrived in my email. When I called, was said they couldn't meet the price and had no resources to transport. So, after 10 days of waiting, I had to start from scratch in finding a transport. Poor customer service and communication.
