I was given wrong information about when they would pick up my car from the beginning. I paid on a Thursday morning and was given the impression they would pick up the vehicle by Thursday afternoon or Friday at the latest. I called several times on Thursday and Friday to see when it would be dispatched and no one could tell me anything. Every person I spoke with said they would call me back with an answer and no one ever called me back. My car was finally dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. I told the initial person I did not live in the state where the car was being delivered and needed it delivered that weekend. I had to pay extra days for a rental car because of their misinformation.
