My newer BMW arrived with deep scratches throughout the front of the vehicle including awful blemishes all over the hood after the driver hit low hanging tree branches on surface streets after picking up my vehicle.
Accidents happen. I get it. Was thankful he pointed it out right away upon delivery. Unfortunately he refused to take responsibility saying it was my fault for not properly directing him to his next pick up on streets safe for his truck. I told him I could not be responsible and he should've had me meet him at an open parking lot nearby. I reluctantly paid him and decided to deal with the transport service directly.
Even worse customer service. They refuse to lift a finger to help. After two weeks of waiting for them to send me an insurance claim form, giving up and now dealing with my own insurance company. No outreach or follow up from National Dealers Transport. Just attitude.
Save your self from the potential pitfalls and dangers of dealing with this unprofessional company. Don't make the same mistake I did and go with the lowest bidder - spend a few hundred more and side with more reputable transport service. Live and learn for me.
