Got in contact with Aj Miller from the company on a friday roughly 36 hours before the pick up date. The next morning I was contacted by another representative of the company asking if I had received a quote, and also stating shortly after that they did not see my information in the system. (This was red flag #1) After updating the new representative who had reached out he assured me as well that they could meet the pick up date same day and I even offered to pay more to excite any carriers if it would be an issue but again was reassured on the time and the quote that was set. Saturday night (the agreed pick up day.) I am left disappointed to have the dealer whom has my vehicle reach out to me to let me know that they are closing and that no one has come to pick up the vehicle. (Red flag #2) After contacting Aj he simply apologized and stated he did the best he could and now assured that the pick up date could be pushed back to Monday (still with no confirmed carrier this is Red flag #3) with a delivery of Wednesday. This only ensures that I am now stuck even longer at the delivery location (roughly 4 hours from my home in texas.) and will now be losing money daily due to being away from work. I had receieved no updates or communication aside from me reaching out to them from Saturday until Monday morning. They seem perfectly fine with brushing it off or ignoring me. PLEASE do not buy into their lies and take your business elsewhere!!
