I called Annette in a bit of a panic. I needed my dads 1954 Packard picked up by Friday or Saturday and it was Monday. She said she would take care of it and she did. The driver, Jeff, called me Thursday night and said he would be there Friday morning to pick it up. I asked about delivery and he said Sunday or Monday whatever would be best for me, the car was delivered Sunday at 2pm. Very impressed with the high level of customer service.
