My experience from the beginning of setting up a pick up and to the completion of this service was excellent. I had a few questions and everything was explained in a professional, friendly manner. There was one issue that had to be addressed as I was given incorrect information on the decription of what I was having transported and within minutes, I was contacted and everything was resolved in under 10 minutes, which I was so grateful for.
The customer service department is truly dependable but very willing to help even with the "glitch" that came up. They handled all changes quickly and competently.
Again, I would recommend this trucking company to anyone, as I found them very efficent.
