National Transport was an excellent company to deal with. The reason for the discrepancies, (i.e. an excellent rating with late pickup/delivery) is that National Transport was excellent. The experience with the actual transport truck was less than stellar. They picked up late and delivered late. National Transport kept me in the loop on their end so there was no fault on their part.

I would use them again, just with a different carrier like DeMoise.
