PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. Everyone knows how stressful moving is. Especially when it comes down to transporting your car. I trusted the review here about National Transport LLC. and placed an order.They were very responsible in the beginning. They call you back promptly when they miss your call.

Problem started when they couldn't find a driver. They said it "usually" takes 1-4days from your "car-ready for pickup" date.
However, they couldn't find any driver within those days. I told them my car is ready on June 28th and called them everyday to figure out the progress. Until the day I left NYC which was 5th of July, they weren't be able to locate a driver. I was frustrated but I understood when they said independance day was in the middle, and people doesn't want to drive on July fourth. They told me to leave my car/ key to any friends who they can contact once they find driver. I left my car/key to my friend in Queens which is 10miles away from NYC. ( You can't leave the car in Manhattan because parking will cost $50/day and they weren't sure how many days it would take to find driver). I gave my credit card information to them so they can charge deposite once they pick up my car since I won't be there when they pick up my car. Today I received an email saying that they will increase 100 dollars from $1395 to $1495 since the pick up address has been changed.
I was stressed for a week because of my car/moving, couldn't send my car on time, and paying extra $100???????????? My car is still in new york and I'm in washington state !!!!!!!!

When I called them regarding this problem, they said they will cancle my order if I do not sign the new contract with new quote and hung up.....

Legally they are not reponsible.... according to the contract...
They might be a good company in general... cheaper than others...
However, I just wanted to share my experience with people, so at least other people doesn't place themselves in the same situation that I had.
