Poor Service & Lack of Communication

The car was NOT picked up. It was picked up 5 days after it was promised. The car was NOT delivered as promised. No-one from National or the company hired to deliver the car (Geo Express) called to say that it would not be delivered as scheduled. I had to call EVERY TIME to check on the status of delivery. Again, the car was promised to believered 4 days AFTER the first delivery date; and AGAIN, it did not show up. No one called from National, no one called from Geo Express. As of today, I do NOT have posession of my car and no-one has called to say it's being delayed again. The phone numbers I was given for the company are Not in Service and there's no forwarding numbers. No one answeres the phones on Saturdays or Sundays at National, not even dispatch.
DO NOT USE NATIONAL TRANSPORT LLC THEY LIE.....
