I had an initial helpful online chat with Ashley. All of the contract process was very clear and efficient online, but National Transport also answered questions on the telephone. My car was picked up on day 3 of the 1-4 day window. The driver took photos to verify the condition of the car. The whole process was orderly and as stated. We had already left home when the car was picked up, but that was not a problem. The driver, Boris of Tarim Transportation, was in contact with me and finalized the delivery efficiently, professionally, and courteously. I would definitely use National Transport again.
