Co-coordinating the pick up and delivery route of at least 8 different cars on the truck that transported my car, seemed to be well planned. I would think that took a bit of careful timing. I was glad I had my car all ready to go, when they called the very next day for pick up, after I had ordered the service. My car was the last on the truck and the driver (Mr. Zayimov) was careful to strap it down well, and make sure the key was left in proper position. He was also careful to note any paint scratches and dings before hand. He handled things in a way that gave me confidence. I suppose the individual drivers may vary, but this one knew what he was doing, and did it very well. We really needed that car to get there on time. We were really happy with the service.
