I had a non-running Dodge Charger moved from Texas to Michigan. I had used this company twice before to move vehicles for me & was pretty happy with the service. There was an issue with loading the car in Texas. It was at my friend's residence to be loaded. He contacted me & told me the person picking the car up had a broken winch cable, so my friend had to push my Charger up onto the transport trailer with his truck/grille guard. I wasn't real thrilled about having to pay $100 more for non-running car service with a broken cable. I understand things happen & maybe he didn't have time to get the cable fixed, or other deadlines, etc...who knows. All in all everything turned out OK as usual with this company. I like that it's not some fly-by-night company where you have to call someone 100 times then they never call you back or move your car at all.
