Had my dad's 1986 560SL MB transported from VA or OR during 09/2008. The experience overall was as follows:

Ups:

- Web site very easy to use and they give you prompt quote online without having to wait for an email
- The staff is very friendly and helpful
- The staff promptly answered my emails when checking status
- The driver was very helpful and cordial
- The delivery truck was very clean
- They wrapped the outside of the car and the steering wheel in a clear nylon (nice touch)
- Price was competitive with other quotes I received

Downs:

- Not much really, just that the car arrived dusty and with some water spots
- Would be nice if they could have real time status online
