Although the lady I spoke with when booking my reservation was very nice and polite and appeared to be informed, the company that took my vehicle were just bullies. When they arrived for my car I explained I was not going to be in Florida until Friday, September 26. The driver, Ricky, said that was okay and that I should call him when I got there so we can arrange the pick up time. He provided me with his number, and I was very thankful and let him take the car.
The day afterwards his dispatcher, Sam, called me saying that I needed to be there by Tuesday. I explained that I was not going to be there until Friday and that I had already told this to the driver when he picked up the car. Otherwise, I would not have allowed him to take the vehicle. The dispatcher called me everyday until I got to Florida, and they refused to deliver it in Daytona Beach, where I had originally asked them to deliver it, because the driver was not in the area. So, I had to drive two hours to Tampa to pick up my car. The dispatcher also kept on insisting that I needed to tip the driver because he was so frustrated that he had to drive around Florida waiting for me.
Upon picking up the car, the driver was rude and disrespectful.
