Overall, I was pleased with this auto transport. The setup over the phone was quick and easy. There was a bit of confusion with pickup; two different trucking companies called me to try to schedule pickup. We got it sorted out and someone came and picked up the car the next day. The delivery took a little longer than expected, but this was due to a weather disaster that ended up briefly shutting down a highway. The driver did contact us and let us know what was going on and the reason for the delay, which was nice. Car arrived in the same condition it was shipped. The process was pretty easy and I was very happy with the price. I would use this company again if I needed to ship another car.
