Poor Customer Service

My experience with using this company was very poor- from the initial conversation until the vehicle was picked up and en route, the story changed with essentially every phone call. Teresa was supposed to be my point of contact and the person that would keep me informed of every step in the process (I have the emails to prove these statements). After multiple changes in regards to pick up, my vehicle was finally picked up and delivered. Overall I was OK with the actual delivery but National's mantra of being customer focused was simply not exemplified with my move. I have at least 3 phone calls and 2 emails in to Teresa that have yet to be answered in ~2 weeks- I even called and asked for the manager whom I left a voice mail with but have yet to get a return call from...I don't call this service. I will say that the one bright spot was a very helpful lady in dispatch named Donna- she was the only person to return my calls and provide me with accurate information. I won't say I would never use this company again and I won't tell anyone else not to, I would advise you to be aware that they have significant gaps that you should be aware of.
