Be very cautious about using National Transport.

I was never assigned a direct contact person, so it made it very difficult to get information about my order. I was constantly transfered from one person to another. No one seemed to know any actual details about where my vehicle was or when it would be delivered, not to mention the countless number of times I was just left on hold......

When the driver showed up to pick up my vehicle, not only was he 4 hours late, but he tried to make me pay him an extra $100!!! I refused of course.

I was told my vehicle would arrive NO LATER than the 4th of June, 7 days after my car was picked up. On the 4th, I phoned to find out what time the driver would be here to drop off my car. They then, and ONLY then informed me that the driver had broken down in Kansas and said the truck was being fixed and I would have my car the next day. I found this a little hard to believe......the driver is still in Kansas but will make it to North Carolina in 12-18 hours???? Doubtful. And I was right. 2 days passed and still no car. I called them YET AGAIN, and they said the truck was still broke down in Kansas. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AND INFORM ME OF THAT!!!!!!

From there on out I was given nothing but the run around.......they even starting saying they couldn't get ahold of the driver and gave me the drivers number so I could try to get in contact with him. Like that is my job!!!! When I finally made contact with the driver, who BARELY spoke english, he told me he would be there the next morning. Nope. Afternoon?? Nope. He finally said he would be there at midnight!!!! He didn't show up until 4am!!! It was dark outside, on a quiet street and this guy actually asked if I, a 5ft 100lb woman by herself, would drive him 3 miles down the road to where he parked his truck. I told him he was out of his f@*&%$* mind and made him walk back........

THE WOSRT EXPIERENCE EVER!!!!!!
