I am very satiasfied with the hanling of my car by National Transport LLC. That is why I decided to add my comments to this review borad. I wanted to ship my son's Subaru from Houston to New York Long Island. This is the first time I have done that. I was weary thinking that smone I do not know will show up, pick up the car and take it to Maexico and sell it. Of course this did not happen. National transport called me the day before pick-up and gave me the driver's name, phone number and the company name printed on his truck. Also I was told that the driver will also call me. Sure enough, the driver called me and confirmed the pick-up date. At the day of the pick-up, I left work and came home early. I decided to call the driver to say That I am home and he can come earlier if need be. The driver did arrive about 10 minutes earlier. There were two people driving the truck fro Texas to NY. My car was one of 6 cars that they will pick up and deliver to various locations along the way.
