I spoke with two persons in dispatch and didn't really get the answers I needed to hear. It sounded like," the bulls didn't get grabbed by the horns" and after three day's waiting for a driver I spoke to Erin. I told my situation which was under time constraints as I needed to report to my duty station within a week of the time I contracted with them. I expressed my urgency to Erin and she had a driver that day. Not only that, the driver was able to pick up my truck the next day. I will say EVERY person I spoke with,"which were several", were very professional and very courteous and helpful. And when I expressed my need it was met. And then some! THANKS to Erin,Jenny and Sarah and those behind the scene that made it all happen.
