My daughter's car move

This is the second time I have had to ship a car for a daughter.

Unlike the first time, (with another carrier), Mike was fast, efficient CLEAN and very polite.

When I called to arrange this shipment I used the economy service since we had plenty of time (and our other daughter was in CA to collect the car). Instead of waiting the usual 4-10 days, the car was picked up THE NEXT Day! What a pleasant surprise! Mike called our daughter and arranged a very easy FAST pick up in downtown Los Angeles (not an easy location as you may imagine for an 80 foot truck).

For comparison, I have had the car for a week already, but I still have not heard that our move shipment has even left the warehouse.

My only problem with this company was that I could not get the web-site to cooperate, but Erin was great on the phone.
