We had initially contracted with another company and they "offered" pick up within 7-14 days and it was almost a month and no one had picked the car up. I contacted National on their website, they picked up the car so fast we thought that maybe the other contractor had finally showed up!

I hope I never have to ship a car again but if I had to I would definitely use them again and will certainly recommend them to my friends.

I got more than I expected! The subcontractor was nice as well, I actually called them to see if the other company was picking up, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and plesant, she looked up the information promptly. I can't say enough about this process, it was so great and that is nothing something you find much these days.
