The company's customer service people were very helpful and courteous and answered all of my questions. The driver was very professional and the car was delivered with no damage in just 2 days after pickup. The price was the lowest I found anywhere and was honored with no hassle.
The only thing that could have been improved on was their communication with me when a driver was first assigned. The person on the pickup end received a call from the driver to set up the pickup before I was notified by the company that a driver had been found and the process was underway. I was told before hand that I would be notified first so I could give the person on the pickup end a "heads up" to expect a call from the driver.
Otherwise it was a good experience and I would use the company and the driver both again.
