this was my first auto transport experience, i'm going to do my best to not have to deal with this again....my best advice to give someone is to be patient and hope for the best because unless you know your transporter personally u really don't have any control over anything so be ready for that....i ordered the transport on a friday the car was pickup the next day, the initial delivery day was the following monday, 9 days total but wasn't delivered until the next sunday 6 days later than expected....i was given at least 3 different dates by the agent and a range from a wensday to saturday by the driver, i got the car on that sunday.....to there credit there was some unforseen events thats caused some delay (weather and driver had a death in the family). the bottom line i had no problem getting in touch with the driver and the agent they both kept me informed whenever i called or emailed....they both seemed to be good people my car arrived in good condition and safe i have reall no complaints other than there was nothin i could do to get my car sooner i just had to be patiant and wait.....
