While the initial pick-up time was delayed due to mechanical problems with a new truck, the company keep me appraised about the delay and rescheduled the date and times to fit my schedule. Once scheduled (one day later), the pick-up time was meet to the minute and the vehicles were loaded promptly and delivered immediately to my new home. Excellent customer service.
