I initially booked with another company with 5 star rating. They did not pick up vehicle for well over a week and when I finally contacted them, they told me they could not find a trucker to pick up at the price that was quoted. Long story short. Cheap price doesn't mean it will ever ship. The price has to be realistic. They wanted me to increase my offer to see if anyone would want the job. Meanwhile my car was sitting to be picked up. And you have to wonder who will finally deliver once it does. Be known, the trucker & shipper are two different companies that may not even know each other. Finally, NationaltransportLlc should have been my first choice. They were fast, competitive, called EVERY step of transport. Even the driver called before coming. A+. Note. This move was not a pristine car and was open carrier. I had a prior move with an expensive truck moved with enclosed transport. This trucker was good but not the same as an enclosed truck costing 2x as much. Know what you need or not. If you're not sure, go enlosed.
