I had originally contracted with a company that, just a few weeks after I put down my payment, mysteriously went out of business (funny how that works). When I called National, it was the day before I was getting on a plane to move cross-country. I was stressed, freaking out, and in need of a company I could trust. I quickly spoke to a legitimate agent (finally!) who let me ask every question I could possibly think of, answered them all respectfully, and was very reassuring. The only piece of information that wasn't perfect was that she said they usually pick up 1-3 days from when you make your deposit, and it took 5 for them to find me a driver and 2 more days for him to pick it up. But my situation was a bit extreme (I called last minute and was moving clear across country to a small town). The driver they contracted was very professional, called and kept me up-to-date with his arrival, and handled everything wonderfully. I also loved being able to call National any time I wanted and ask about the status of my car before and during transport. Really got the peace of mind I needed from these guys! Even if you can find a cheaper company, I guarantee National won't disappoint with their service and quality!
