Never picked up the vehicle or contacted me!

This company failed to pick the vehicle up and never contacted me to let me know they were having difficulties locating a driver.

They promised a pick up within three business days. I contacted them at the end of the fourth business day and still had not contacted a driver. The worst part is, they did not contact me to let me know they were encountering problems.

I spoke with a customer service representative and she tod me should would call me back the same day with some information. I waited until 5:30 PM and called them. I spoke with a person named Hillary who was more interested in explainng that their business day ended at 7:00 PM and I should not have called because it was not the end of the business day. She offered no other assistance.

I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with was named Dawn. She was very polite and offered three options:

1. pay more money to guarantee the pick up (so, I would have paid for guranteed service, but I would be receiving the same service I already paid for because we were on our fourth day)
2. stick the plan and hope they locate a driver
3. cancel my order with no penalties

I chose to cancel my order.

Dawn was nice, but their lack of communication is inexcusable.
