All I can say is that it was exactly as advertised. I gave them a date of first availability, they said a driver would contact me within 1-3 days of that date, to arrange pickup. A dispatcher called me to update me during that 1-3 day time frame. The driver called as decribed within that timeframe to arrange pickup. Car was picked up within the 3 hour window as driver promissed. The driver called me the day before delivery to give me a window for delivery. He was on time the next day. Lastly, the car arrived exactly as I left it. I have dealt with other companies in the past and have had problems ranging from the driver never showing up with no phone call to just way too late delivery. I will use these guys again with confidence.
