Car delivered DAMAGED!!! CAUTION!!

I purchased a classic cadillac in Southern California and had it delivered to my residence on the east coast. As the title states, the car was received damaged. The rear bumper had several dings in it as if they backed a car into it MORE THAN ONCE! I wouldnt mind so much if this were a newer car with plastic bumpers which could be easily repaired but this is an older classic car with metal bumpers where parts can be extremely hard to find.

I brought this to the attention of the driver where I was left a phone number to call the owner named Dimitri. Well, I've called this number plenty of times with no answer. I wouldnt doubt this is a bogus phone line they use as a scapegoat for disatisfied customers (which by looking at the reviews, is ALL OF THEM). The number they provided was 714-235-2135. Go ahead and try it yourself, I gaurantee nobody will pick up. LOL

In all honesty, if they would have handled my situation with a little more professionalism and taken responsibility for their mistakes I wouldnt be writing this review...two months later.

One positive thing I can say about them was that the driver was nice. I can't recall his name but I think it was Mike and he was from San Diego. I left him a tip just for being courteous and polite even knowing that my car arrived damaged. I even paid the full amount for shipping the car and did not even negotiate the damage at the time of delivery thinking I would recieve the respect from the shipping company that they would take responsibility for the damage. I guess I was wrong. Obviously, its not just money thats the issue here...
