I had a horrible experience with Ship A Car Direct for over a month. I was then contacted by Carl from Nationwide and we spoke about how my car still hadn't shipped yet. He said that the company would want more money and sure enough a few days later they asked me... He assured me that he could get my vehicle shipped because he was only going to take 100$ from my total shipping costs and offer the rest to the auto transport company. One week later I was contacted by Carl and sure enough, he found a trucker willing to come get my car. After dealing with Ship A Car Direct and having a HORRIBLE experience, Nationwide was able to pick up my car in one week. My only regret is that I didn't choose them from the beginning. One week later my vehicle arrived safe and sound. Thank you so much for providing amazing customer service and working hard to get my vehicle to me. I will use Nationwide Auto Transport in the future!!
