nikki was fantastic. i only dinged them 1 small point because the shipper they used was a random contractor, and not one of their partners. i originally went with them because they said they didn't broker out contracts, but rather used their own trucks and that of their partners. when the truck arrived, the driver stated he had no affiliation with nationwide or its partners
