I hired Nationwide Auto Transport to move a vehicle from Tennesee to Texas. They damaged the vehicle during the transport - the transport trailer was not large enough for the vehicle, but they loaded it anyway and caused damage to the undercarriage and running board on one side. I had the damage evaluated by a local body shop and sent the estimate to Nationwide Auto Transport. Although they initially said they would take care of the claim, either by paying it directly or submitting it to the insurer, they later stopped responding to calls or e-mails and never made good on their promise to fix the damage.
I recommend not using this company.
