I wish I would have seen this sight before I tried to get a vehicle shipped. I have experienced the same things as the other people that have left comments. They are going to check and call you back they never do. I paid for a pick in Arizona on May 15th today is June 9th and my truck is still not picked up. I am getting a refund Monday and looking for another carrier. This has been a horrible experience.
