Beware of this auto transport broker! I rue the day I picked them because of price. I found out yesterday that they're rated F by CA BBB. And for good reason. Their sub-contractor was late ( 1 day), smelled of beer--on both pick-up and delivery. After paying the balance COD, NATC called to say I was 250.00 short. With each passing day their emails became more and more threatening. Finally, today, they threatened to "repo" my cars--even though I have receipts proving payment-in-full. They altered their original receipt (the sub-contractor got his in cash) to justify their allegations. Dealing with this company is as dangerous as dealing with a loan-shark. They are radioactive.
