Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience shipping my car with this company. When they picked up my car it was all good. The told me it would take 3 to 6 days for my car to arrive at its destination. On the 5th day, I started calling them to find out at what time I should be expecting the car. This company never answered, and when they did answer, their employees were so incompetent that they were not able to help. My car arrived 3 days after it was supposed to, and they never answered the phone or called to let me know there was a delay. When the driver arrived, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He had no idea what customer service meant, all he was interested in was getting the money from my hand and leaving. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!! They have the worst customer service which makes you feel extremely uncomfortable while your car is on the road. The only way to get them serious was by threatening that we were going to call the police to report a stolen vehicle.
