We currently have 2 cars in shipping using this company.
First one was a phone booking, which they ended up putting the billing zipcode as the destination. The company does not verify address, city, or state but only verify zipcode exists. This car is going to wrong end of the states to an address that doesn't exist. We can't get in touch with driver. Company says our fault for it yet I was there for call and the correct zipcode was given. They even called us back twice about where the car was going and stated correct city and state, saying no trucks were available.
Second car was suppose to be delivered Monday. It is now Thursday. Last we heard from them the car should be here at 7:30am today. 1:38pm no word from driver and no one can tell us anything, Nationwide says call dispatch, dispatch says call driver. Driver never answers phone.
