I was told my vehicle would be picked up between the 2nd and 4th of sept by sept 11th it still had not been picked up. I talked to the customer service dept. they said there is nothing they could do about and i wouldnt be compensated at all because "all dates are estimated" so i told them to cancel my order and they told me they would be keeping my 200 dollar security deposit.Dont use this company.
